High - I've bought a SIM only deal for my daughter and I want to change the log on email / user name - and also under profiles change to her name and DOB from my name and DOB. The address is ok.
How do i do this?

How do I change my personal details?
Login in to your account dashboard.
On the left hand navigation, choose the 'Edit my profile' option.
Then make your changes and remember to confirm when you're done.
You can only amend the email address and postal address information.
If this was ordered in your name, the account would be in your name as the credit check was run with your details. For this reason, you wouldn't be able to change the name or date of birth on the account.
Sorry ID Mobile don't support change of ownership on accounts.

It’s not possible to change the username of your account.
You can update the contact email address via your iD app/account.
Your log-in details will always be the same.
