Hi I am needing to get a new number the chat isn’t helping neither is calling 7777

Hi @MichaelR,

A number change comes with a £25 fee however it is free if the change is relating to a crime where you have received a crime reference number from the police. Would you like our further assistance with changing the number given the above information?

Hi Ryan I have managed to get it changed but my messages keeps saying failed to send I have turned my phone off and back on any ideas why it is still doing that

Are you able to make and receive calls since changing your number? Or is it just the text messages you are having an issue with?
