How to reset password without phone?

How come there is no way to reset password and access account to pay your bill - when you don't have your phone to hand (as it got a mangled screen)?

I'm sorry to hear about your broken phone! The only way around this would be to contact our Live Chat Team so seek assistance with resetting your account password. Another way, which may be easier if you have another phone handy, would be to pop your SIM card into the other phone and then receive the access code via that device instead.
