My iD account won’t let me register

I have tried multiple time to register my iD account so I can keep my phone number. It keeps saying their is a problem has anyone got and tips?

Which mobile number are you entering?



You'll need to enter the iD mobile number provided with the SIM to register when you're asked for a mobile number.

Hi, I just cannot register either, it's driving me nuts, i have spent hours on this, tried different combinations!

I click on register
then put my new number in and it does work, because i can texts, etc
then i've put my details,

and no, I keep getting the same line,
something was wrong but to protect you we cannot say which aspect is not correct and that's it, it does not matter what I try, nothing works,

Any ideas?
