If you would like to just change the phone number of your existing contract then you can contact iD Mobile by Live Chat or by phone on 7777 and request it.

Please note: this service will be charged £25 one of fee.

If you would like to order new number on additional sim card you can do it after paying 3-6 bills.

Then simply head to idmobile.co.uk and search for new deals.

@Emma84 currently yes, same across most networks, if you need a new number to stop unwanted calls/text simple use your mobile settings under phone to block all calls unless in contacts, no need for fancy apps, or just block the nuisance calls.

Plus you can register your number for free here to stop any further nuisance calls/text
