I tried to port my old number to my new ID sim today. I have accidentally entered the PAC code on my sons phone instead of my ID sim. Can I cancel this please?

Sorry for not catching this one sooner @Tinkie13 have you since spoken to our Live Chat Team about this to potentially catch it on the day?

If not it would be too late at this stage to undo the mistake that has been done there.

Your old network would no longer have that number or any account for you, and we’d not be able to switch a number from one iD Mobile account to another.

You could look to move a number away from iD Mobile to another network, then do as you wish from there, though of course that becomes a more complex web of number moving which can’t be prevented in such a case.
