Secondary phone security with ID

I have stupidly given my number to someone I don't trust and I fear a scam in which they take control of my number to access my online accounts, banking, etc.

Is there a facility for setting up a secondary security code via the ID app so they can't try to take over my phone number?

Hello @Novena,

You can change the password of the iD app/account.

When you say “You’ve given the number to someone” do you mean you’ve given them the SIM?

We can simply block the SIM card and send you a replacement if you’d like?

If they have the SIM card, there’s nothing stopping them texting to get a PAC code if the your details.

I’ve PMed you with how to get in touch also.
