Security code not sending

I’m not receiving my 8 digit security code. This means I can’t set up my online iD account, so can’t set up anything.
I have tried using my new iD sim and my old sim.
I am receiving texts from iD about bills, but not the security code.
What do I do?

Is this via the app or our website?

If you're doing it by the app, can you try via the website?

You'll need to have the active iD SIM card in the phone, this will be the one that has services available to it.
