I have very recently taken out a new contract with ID Mobile and i want to activate the My ID Mobile login account. When i browse to that URL i get an error in all browsers “Problem loading page, secure connection failed, PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR”. I have also tried accessing this site on different web connections and i am still unable to open the URL.
I’ve been getting that message for 24 hours now so unable to access my account. My daughter lives 100 miles away. She too is getting the same message.
