Voicemail answer message problems

Hi, my grandkid set my answerphone greeting using her name not mine which means nobody leaves me voicemail messages as they think they have rung the wrong number!

Sounds simple to fix but when I go to my vmail options, no greeting messages have been recorded so can't change anything. Tried cycling the vmail off online, refreshed the screen after a minute and it showed the vmail off, cycled it back on but the original problem is still there.

How do I reset the vmail name that gets played to people leaving messages?

Any ideas?

Hey @Bernie,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Voicemail.

Are you referring to the personal recording?

You can record a new one to replace this.

Just dial 123 and follow the options for recording a new Voicemail Personal Message.
