When I call an 0345 number, there is no sound on the other end. It doesn’t ring and doesn’t have any message. I have Premium numbers switched on in my account. Why can’t I call these numbers?

Thanks for your response. My bill cap is set at £25 which is the maximum amount available so surely this should be enough?
I am also unable to make international calls as they don’t ring and there is no sound on the other end. I am unable to receive international calls as well.

Perhaps some network services haven’t been provisioned correctly on your iD account,
