5G on OPPO Reno 4 Pro 5G

Tech support were unable to fix, all they kept asking for were postcodes I'd been to. I managed to get a 5g connection by using an app called 5g switch but that needing doing every time you turned on airplane mode, so was a bit tedious. I've now ported out to another network, 5g connected instantly. Clearly it's a config thing on the iD Network but they don't know how to fix it.
