So I was sent a duff sim with my phone ,I was transferred over last thurs 8th Jan, on Friday I contacted chat to say my sim wasn't working ,so I was sent one in the post ,today is Tuesday and I still haven't received my replacement, surely you could have sent it 24hrs and not 48 ,tomorrow will be 6 days without a working phone .I'm beginning to regret my decision to go with id mobile tbh

Hi there ​@WPP 

 

If you’re able to you could pop into any Currys store and ask them for a replacement SIM - no cost and no delay. You would then need to activate it via the iD app or online account. It would then have your number working on it (or should be working)

Hi thanks for the reply ,unfortunately I work 12hr shifts and my nearest Curry's is a 30 mile round trip ,wasn't expecting a new card to take this long tbh

Oh, well that’s a problem in itself.

 

Looks like you need to endure their live chat again - I would have suggested via the iD app next but it appears to now require you receiving a OTP and without a working SIM that won’t work either - but for the live chat after filing out the required fields type talk to person as that bypasses their automated chat bot.
