Accepting an offer what include an Samsung Galaxy (A54 or need to check exactly and headphones) what didn't arrive the courierfeom DPD tryd 3 timms parenley, one of the day was someone in. And DPD Customer Services informed me they have send it back tu Currys...After 15 emails to documents@id .. stil nothing

If DPD are unable to deliver your order, they may send it back to us (Currys), the warehouse team will typically then process a return on that order.
I wouldn’t recommend emailing our documents email address, it isn’t monitored.
