Hi there,

I accidentally deactivated my SIM while abroad. How do I reactivate it? I'm worried I'm going to lose my phone number as I'm abroad for a few weeks

Thanks

Hi @NikkiM

Reactivating a SIM card should be an option on the device, however it may not be possible to do once already deactivated.

You may need to get a replacement SIM card, however you may also need to be in the UK to do this, sorry.

You need to be in UK to do that.

Ok. Thanks. Do I just wait until I get to the UK then? So I do not need to order a new SIM?

Thanks - I clicked on 'use 2 Sims at once' then it offered a qr code...but without me doing anything it reactivated itself.

Hi @NikkiM

It may not be possible to reactivate a deactivated SIM, if you aren’t able to reactivate the one you have you may need a replacement, which you may need to be in the UK for.
