Hi 

 

I bought a at and t sim in usa added into phone went through registering it now my ID mobile sim not working

    Welcome to the Community!

    If your AT&T replaced the iD Mobile SIM you’ll need to request a new eSIM.

    The at and t sim did not work either when I registered it it asked for ime1 number by dialing *#06# which I did I think that was my ID sim as there was ime2 had both Sims in phone at time.

     

    Cant get sim it won't let me I have AZ 5g phone the option is there but nothing happens
