After PAC switchover cant make or receive calls

I have just joined iD Mobile and used PAC to switch over my old number to my new iD mobile SIM. It says it has transferred but now I cannot make or receive any calls. Am I missing something more that I have to do?

Thanks. Switching my phone off, then on again seems to have reset things and it is now working. Hurrah!

It sounds like the provisional number allocated to the SIM has been retained by your phone.

See if this sorts it:

 

If this doesn’t help 2 other customers have today reported an error when using a PAC. I’m hoping this possible issue isn’t the cause for you too.

 

Another option would be to simply power cycle (switch it off and on) the phone
