Bank's number has been blocked and I can't verify transactions

My bank have informed that their number has been blocked. This is stopping me verify credit card transactions and there’s some services I can’t access because they need to call me back. Is there a way to unblock that number?

Your bank is fobbing you off! How would your bank know if I or anyone else (inc iD Mobile) blocked your number?

If you’re unable to receive their OTP, check your phone's blocklist and maybe try resetting your network settings.

We are sorry to hear you are having issues receiving contact from your bank. 

As ​@WelshPaul has advised, please check your blocked contact list on your handset to rule that out. 

Do you have any problems receiving OTP’s from other numbers?
