Changed over from O2 to ID today. Brand new iPhone 16 Plus. Can make calls (since updating MY Number in Apps - thanks to this Community posts) but still can’t receive calls. I do revceive notification messages that I have missed calls.
Any ideas?

Glad to hear this is sorted, while we do sent those texts out, it is always best to allow the full time for a transfer to happen on the date it’s scheduled for it to fully finish, this being between 8am and 10pm.

OK now. Spoke to ID Customer Services Chat and they said port in won’t be complete until 6 pm, even though they had sent me a message saying all switched at 2 pm. Anyway, working as of 5 pm. Cheers.
