hasn't worked properly for over six months I am paying over £30 a month and getting no data and very poor service with seemingly zero support.  Can I please get some genuine support

It's very simple I have been paying for a service that I don't receive I couldn't be certain but at least six months probably more.

Data and calls have not worked.

I'm really annoyed that I have spent hundreds of pounds and not had a useable phone.

There doesn't seem to be any genuine support.

A detailed look at the phone usage log would give you all the relevant information.

What do I have to do to receive any sort of fairy treatment?

Have you been completely without data this whole time?

 

Do you have these issues everywhere you go or just certain areas?

Can you please confirm if this is happening in one location or all over? 

Are you able to test the SIM in another handset to check if the issues still occur? This will help to identify if its a SIM issue or a handset problem
