broken pixel 7 screen

I woke up this morning to find the top half of my phone screen is unresponsive. There's no cracks and the bottom half works as intended.

What's the policy on repairs or a replacement device since I've been on the contract for less than a year? Because at this point if you're not going to replace the handset I've no choice but to abandon the contract.

Hey @Immortaldrphill, sounds like your device should still be under its Google warranty, so Google will fix it if they don’t find evidence of physical damage.

  1. You could go to Currys, where they’ll check the device send it off to Google for a warranty repair on your behalf.
  2. Otherwise, just get it repaired directly with Google.

As @andewhite you can choose one of the 2 options to have your handset fixed.
