I am not with ID...YET.
However, I found an amazing deal on their website for an s24 ultra with a free tablet.
I was advised that if you buy online, the guys in store can’t / won’t help you with any issues.
is this true?
Also, will they offer same deal in store?

If you purchase online via iD Mobile directly (or another vendor) the team in a Currys/Carphone Warehouse may not be able to assist as it was not a purchase made via them in-store or even their website.
Currys/Carphone Warehouse will likely have different deals and offers in store, it’s worth shopping around.
