call and 5g problems

Hi, ever since I switched to id mobile, I am unable to call anyone that isn’t currently in my contacts and I cannot listen to my voicemails

also the 5g/4g rarely works ever

i need to fix this problem please help

    Sorry to hear this, what device are you using the SIM card in?

     

    What happens when you try to call someone not in your contacts?

     

    If they’re in your contacts, that works fine?
