Okay @Velko, all I can suggest is trying the following steps, which might help fix this, especially if the iD 3G network service has been switched OFF in your area.

  • Turn OFF your iPhone, and carefully remove the iD SIM.
  • Wait for at least 30-minutes, with the device OFF and the SIM removed.
  • Carefully insert the iD SIM in the SIM tray of your device, and power ON.

Whereabouts is this happening, @Velko

What make and model handset are you using with your iD SIM?

Have iD switched OFF their 3G network service in your area?

Okay @Velko, looks like iD have switched OFF their 3G network service in your area?

Although an iPhone is supposed to be VoLTE enabled by default, you might need to use the “Reset Network Settings” option in order to detect the changes to the network services in your area.

Your iOS user guide should explain all the reset procedures available with your iPhone 14.
