caller cant hear me

I am hew to ID mobile. Have an S24 that is causing me problems. No1 can hear me when I call them or they call me. Calls cut out too. I have tried the on-line chatbot thing but after waiting 40 minutes the message cam back with .....you have 428 minutes to wait. Customer Service seems non existent. Can anyone here offer any ideas?

Are you still experiencing issues? If so try a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET. Hopefully this’ll fix things.
