Can I transfer a number over to idmobile but it's not my main number?

Hey folks,

I have a SIM only deal, but it’s in my android device in my car, if I get the PAC code for it can I transfer this to idmobile, when I’ve been filling in the new contract etc. I’ve been filling out my current mobile number but this I want to keep.

So at the moment I have 2 SIM only deals with “Talk mobile” one for my phone and one for my car, would this be an issue if I take the contract out.

So in other words when I get the PAC code I’ll be able to put the number in I want to port over?

Thanks

Just to add.

Once you port the ‘car’ SIM over to iD it would be advisable to pop the new ‘car’ iD SIM into a phone to set up the 2nd iD account (you need to receive a code and your Android car device might not be able to verify the code, but a phone can)

Hey there @DataStream, thank you for reaching out.

If your current number is with another network, and you purchase a new contract with us, then you can indeed port your number over to us via PAC code, whenever suits you best.

Thanks,

Tyler
