Can I use my sim in new laptop?

Hi,

I'm a newbie here and would be very grateful for some help, as im not that tech savvie. I'm just about to buy a Samsung laptop with 5g connectivity and was looking online at some set up instructions (not ID's, but it was all I could find). It seems to require an unlocked sim, but mine is locked on a contract. Does this mean I won't be able to use connectivity to the network on my laptop?

Thanks very much.

Hey there @Fern50, thank you for reaching out.

We only officially support the usage of our SIM cards in our approved handsets on our website. We don’t officially support the usage of our SIM cards in anything outside of these, however, this doesn’t mean it wouldn’t work.

Therefore, we can only suggest to try and see. If not, you’d have a 14/30-days return period if it’s not working.

Thanks,

Tyler
