Can't make calls

When my wife tries to make a call, her phone shows ‘Dialling’ for quite a long time and then ends call. We are in a strong 4G area.

Please advise.

    Sorry to hear this, is this with every call they try to make?

     

    Can they receive calls?

     

    Are you able to try the SIM card in another device?
