I have swaped over to ID Mobile from a different provider keep my old phone number however i can’t make or receive calls from my phone however i tried my sim card in a iphone which proceeded to work then i tried it in another samsung which didn’t work.
i have tried a Manual Roam, restarting , SIM isn't blocked , i have unlimited calls , Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled , no barring calls , no blocked numbers , my phone’s operating system is up to date, no missed payments , clean SIM card

Have you checked the network status checker for any issues in the area.
I would also advise that you check if VoLTE is enabled on your handset as 3G is being turned off.

Do you see a ‘Toggle’ to turn on VoLTE and see ‘LTE’ (NOT 4G) under ‘Network Mode’ ( Settings/ Connections/ Mobile Networks)?
Have you performed a Software update (Settings/ Software Update)?
What is under the ‘Service provider SW ver.’ (Settings/ About phone/ Software information) on your phone? Should look something like this…
I may be able to point you in the right direction with this information.
