I’ve been getting lots of email for my new phone, however, I can’t register , as you won’t let me. What a good start to a new contract! Where are the customer service people and Live Chat? As Currys is the parent company, I will be contacting them for help, if I don’t get a response from ID!

What stage of registering on the iD Mobile app/website do you have issues on?
If you were awaiting a port to happen, it may be worth waiting around 24 hours so the registration text can be sent to the correct number.
