i have recently joined ID i want to port in my number but it keeps coming up with an error. I also cannot see any details in my account as it says error when i open it. how do i get this resolved? i cant check my bills or usage

It would have been better to have given iD the PAC when you ordered, but they can sort this out
(live chat is the last option if you want to go via this route)
