I have been trying to port my old number from Lebara for a couple weeks now and I still can’t port it over. I spoke with livechat on the 15th who said that I would definitely be able to port on the 16th. I waited a week on the off chance the technical problems hadn’t been solved. I have tried again today but I am still receiving the same error
I’m a little upset my this service as I am currently paying for two phone contracts simultaneously whilst attempting to port over my old number.
Who do I need to speak to get assistance with this?
