Not receiving Texts and although i am sure i already registered ID Mobile LogIn won’t recognise me. When i try to register again it won’t recognise the original ID Mobile Number or thenumber that i wanted to transfer over from old provider. I can’t get into anything on myID Mobile. Getting so frustrated now after 3 days of trying and i am wondering why i joined ID Mobile.

Have you registered for the new iD Mobile app/account?
You’ll need to do this before you can login. However we are aware of an issue which affected some users.
However I would advise trying again and hopefully you can register.
