I have an iPhone 15 and I can receive texts but I can’t send them.

Have you tried restarting your phone, and also resetting your phone’s network settings?
Also, please check your phone number shows correctly in the phone’s settings.

Please help! Before I throw my phone, so purchased new iPhone 15 on Sunday went with Id mobile and had account activated yesterday but can’t send/receive messages, can’t call or access 4G, like what the heck have I signed up for, before you ask I’ve googled everything and done everything they’ve said and still nothing. ID before I leave my contract sort it out!
My payments are all up to date but I can’t send texts or make calls or use my data since yesterday morning I don’t know what’s going on and I really need this connection/ services
