cancel contract phone working

The phone contract £6 per month is not working and needs to be cancelled.  Even when the funds are paid for the monthly payment the phone will not work so this needs to be stopped.  Tried to ring 7777on the phone and on

Alternative  phones but we cannot connect.  This is not acceptable and want this resolved immediately.  
 

please contact on how to competed this please and cancel he last months. Barge as we are unable to use the phone.

I would suggest you contact iD via Live Chat

It would also suggest to start the chat with speak to person to bypass their automated chat bot.

 

If you so wish, maybe let us know what’s wrong and we might be able to offer a solution. For example if you can’t make or receive calls this could an iD provisional number issue or indeed it could also be that 3G has recently been turned off in your area. Obviously no obligation.
