Can I cancel my SIM plan but still pay for my phone?

I started my contract six months ago, but I have had problems with a bad signal all the time. I just want to cancel my plan and move to a different network, but I want to keep paying for my phone.

Hey there @Mario8080, unfortunately, you cannot cancel part of your contract.

If you’re on a handset plan, then this is a contract for both the SIM/plan and the phone, and they're not separate. The only way to do so would be to pay off your whole contract and end it with us, as the phone would then be yours completely.

@Mario8080 As you've agreed to the contract terms you would have to continue to pay you're contract. There may be an option for you to pay off the remaining payments in full.
