Cannot access my online ID account because my phone number is not working

I received a text a few days ago to say my SIM activation is in progress even though I’m mid way through a contract with ID. I try to log on to the app but it sends me to the page to input my number, surname and date of birth and when it says it has sent a text to authorise my login I can’t receive it. I can send or receive any texts/calls or use data since that text. No idea what’s wrong.

Unfortunately @Jacqui Bardelang, it does sound like bad actors might’ve hacked your iD account and stolen your mobile number to use with another SIM. 

Check for unauthorised payments from your bank account/s, credit cards, etc.
