I cannot make or receive any calls and it is not to do with bad service or Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data” option is set to “5G Auto”. I have also turned off and turned on phone and it runs on 4G or above.

 

Any help please as it is really affecting my work?

Have you tried the steps in this article?

Notably:

  1. *IMPORTANT* Re-enter your Mobile Number.

In most cases, re-entering your Mobile Number on your iPhone can resolve issues with calls.

  1. Open ‘Settings’.

  2. Tap ‘Apps’.

  3. Tap ‘Phone’.

  4. Tap ‘My Number’.

  5. Enter your mobile number, using +44 instead of the first 0.

  6. Tap ‘Save’.
