I am a simple SIM purchase, no transfer. I cannot send or receive text, but the sim works on data. Tried everything. 
 

advise NOT buying IDmobile sims. It’s a robot chat service with no support. I will probably terminate within cool off. Rubbish poor network carrier.

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

 

Additionally, the live-chat is only a bot at the start of the conversation before passing you to an agent. Please follow the below if you need help reaching an agent:

 

1) Type "Hi"

2) Type your issue in brief

3) Type "Speak to an agent"

4) Click on "Customer Service" from the options provided

5) Type your full name

6) Type your mobile number
