Cannot transfer my old number to iD Mobile

I am trying to transfer my number from previous network. I have the PAC No and transaction No however when I enter the information I receive the message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”. I have checked and the information is correct. What can I do to resolve the issue?

You could try iD’s Live Chat. The team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

OK. Thanks. The ‘ChatBot’ went round and round for a while prompting the same answers, but managed to get a real person in the end….

They processed the mobile number transfer.

I posted here in case others had this same issue inputing the PAC data on the transfer screen.

Oh, yes…. I should have also included start the chat with either talk to person or speak to person to bypass their wonderful automated chat bot. Sorry about that ​@Sue Dodge 

 

But at least you got this sorted and thanks for letting us know - not many do post back so we never know how they got on.
