cant call certain numbers

When I try and call certain business numbers (geographic dialling codes not premium rate codes) it will not dial, just hangs up immediately.

Dials other numbers fine

    Check here to see if they are included or not

    Then try turning your premium call option on and check your spend cap isn’t set to £0.

    They are a London code (020) and a Leeds code (0113) so should be included.

    That is very unusual. Does it just happen in one location? Are you using cellular or Wi-Fi calling to make the calls?

    Very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with not being able to call certain numbers. 

    Has this always been the case or a problem that has recently started? 

    Are you able to pop your SIM in to another handset to test if the calls work?

    If you are using WiFi calling, can you please switch this off and try again?
