Cant enter a radio competition as texf fails this it to heart radio

Text fails when sending to 82322 please advise as never had this before with other suppliers

Try increasing the bill cap for your iD account @SJL

I think it costs more than the standard message rate to send to the short-code 82322 - Heart Radio should have the cost for entering the competition by text, somewhere online or during the ad.

Okay @SJL, short-code numbers are managed by EE, O2, Three and Vodafone, and regulated by OFCOM. 

Short-codes might not work on with all MVNO companies. Their website https://www.short-codes.com has more information. 

Hopefully iD can understand and fix the issue. Meanwhile, can you enter the competition online?

Hey @SJL,

iD does use Three UK’s network for coverage.

This isn’t what @andewhite  was advising.

Have you also got Premium SMS enabled in the app?
