Hello,
Ive been with ID mobile for around 1 year, and had no problems whatsoever.
For the past couple of days I have been unable to make and receive calls. I have iPhone 16.
I can use FactTime and Watts app.
I have worked my way through all the support pages and tried whats been suggested.
When I reboot and call someone it goes through and then cuts off??
I have done a signal check B37 7RW and it does say there’s some issues? So i don’t know what to do next?
I do hope someone can help?
