Cant make and recieve calls on iphone 16

Probably means that the 3G network in your area is being turned OFF, ​@Yumzone. 

• 3G is being switched off and I can't make calls. What do I need to do? F.A.Q.

• Can you send/receive SMS text messages from your new iPhone 16, using your iD SIM?
• Has calling ever worked with your new iPhone 16, using your iD SIM?
• If you’ve got your old phone, does your iD SIM work for calls?

I’ve had my iPhone 16 for a while.  It was all working fine till a couple of days ago?

I was able to send/receive calls and messages. 
data works for internet. 
 

I don’t have a phone to try sim on?

Okay ​@Yumzone, so right now you can send/receive SMS text messages, and use mobile data (the Internet) perfectly - but, when you call somebody, the number rings and cuts-off? 

What happens exactly, when you call your iD mobile phone number from another landline or mobile phone?

I will complete and let you have my answers later as I need another phone to give you the right information x

When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

Also, have you tried turning off iMessage, then restarting your phone, and then attempting a call?

went to use phone earlier and it worked. 
Both incoming and outgoing. 
I have no idea what sorted the problem?
