cant make calls

I have just switched from EE yesterday, I’ve kept my number, I have had to eSIMs, since the change I can receive calls, make ft calls but cannot call anyone.

ive been trying to sort this for the last 24hrs any help would be great

    Thank you Tom all sorted now, I went to curry’s my phone had 2 sims one was my old EE,  it was deleted and works fine now.
