cant make or receive call and text


I can’t make call or receive call as I have change my number over and it say my phone working but say no service

What date did your switch complete?

 

When you go into phone settings, if your phone number showing correctly?

 

What phone do you have?

I have toke the sim out and put sin back in turn off went to all the setting and still don’t work it keeps coming up primary no service and when I send a text don’t let me say not deliver and wen I make a call say call fail , I can only use WiFi or iPhone to iPhone ,I have iPhone 16 plus and I switch over and everything was successful on the 14th jan and still not working

Please can you test the SIM in another handset and let us know how you get on.

It certainly sounds like an issue with the settings, have you reset your network settings?

I have done this in another hand set ,still don’t work , how do u reset the network setting x x

It just say it the top primary no service but it’s say id WiFi call

Did the number work before the port?

It sounds like the SIM may have become faulty and you might need a new one.

I just transfer as soon as I got it so I could not tell you if sim was fault my number just went straight over x

So I go to curry’s and get a replacement sim so how do I get to keep my number that I have the now
