Cant receive incoming calls even with Wifi calling turned on

Hi. I’ve noticed since I upgraded my SIM contract, before Christmas, that my iPhone 15 pro won’t/can’t accept incoming calls except via WhatsApp. The network signal has always been bad where I live, so choosing iD mobile with Wi-Fi calling was ideal for me.
Now for some reason I can ring out but get no incoming calls, which is a bit disconcerting, as doctor and hospital appointments could be missed.

Im wondering it it could be a setting that needs changing as it all worked perfectly before the upgrade but there’s been a few apple software upgrades since then.

Hi Nat. Thank you for the reply. I’ve sorted this problem out by lowering the security on my Sky Fibre Max router (the white one) and rebooting my phone. It’s working for now which will do until hopefully Apple and Sky get enough angry customers to sort the glitch in the software updates. Thanks.

    Can you please check your handset settings to make sure the number is showing correctly?

    Settings- Apps - Phone - My Number.
