I’ve just got a new SIM. It’s my first time with this company. New number and all and it’s working with everyone else except this ONE person. I can’t see any of his texts and he can’t see any of mine. It’s so frustrating since it’s working with everyone else and nothing with his settings are different to theirs. He’s not blocked or anything either. My messages aren’t coming up with an error to say they haven’t been sent so I’m really not sure why this is happening

Have you tried deleting this contact’s phone number, and re-adding it?
Have you also tried both formats, both 07 and +44?
