I join ID mobile a few months ago. I can’t sent text messages. I have taken out the sim and reset the phone a number of times. It works for a bit then stops working. I have also checked my number is correct in phone and message settings

Yes it’s texts to everyone. I also have issues with calls and have to keep switching between primary and mobile data. 
I have a iPhone 15

I have a SIM card and an eSIM 


Ah okay, are both SIMs in use? So you have two Mobile Numbers? If you just use one is your ID SIM an eSIM or a physical SIM card? Thanks.
