cant send text messages

Hi 

since moving over to ID mobile I have not been able to send any sms text messages, everything else is working just not sms.

 

after reading the community comments I have followed them but have not been able to change my phone number 

 

can you advise what to do please?

Okay ​@Rachel Louise Clark, have you tried turning OFF your phone, and removing your iD SIM, then leave your phone OFF overnight before inserting your iD SIM the following morning?
