I have recently transferred to ID mobile & I am unable to text android phones. I’ve tried all the reset suggestions, for my iPhone XR, but it doesn’t make any difference. I can be access data and messages/calls via WhatsApp no problem. Please advise what I should do to fix.

Thanks … tried these but they didn’t work … I eventually sorted via their help team with a new Esim..👍
